The refurbishment of 135 Bishopsgate is part of the transformation of Broadgate providing a unique blend of renewed and improved offices, public spaces, restaurants and shops which will appeal to a broader range of occupiers.
 
The main changes to 135 Bishopsgate involve: improving the connectivity of the building with the street and the approach and access to the building; enhancing and increasing the retail offer and upgrading the character of the public space at ground floor level and; creating green spaces and terraces at the upper levels.
 
In addition, the proposals will deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of the internal office spaces, the reception and the building services. The proposals provide for no overall increase in space but an increase of approximately 3,500 sqm (38,000 sq ft) GIA of retail space.
